How it works

Create your pool
Sign up, confirm your email and log in. Choose Create A Pool, name it, fill in Pool Settings and invite your friends, one email at a time.

Pick seven drivers
Each week pick seven Cup Series drivers. At least three must be light red, and black rows can't be picked. Picks lock at the scheduled race start (Eastern).

Win the week
Watch Weekly Results live during the race. After the official points are loaded, the highest total wins the week, and the season standings add it up.

How to get your pool started How to play

From sign-up to a full pool

Sign up, then confirm your email (check your spam folder) and log in.
Choose Create A Pool and type your pool name.
Fill out Pool Settings: your email, an invitation code you make up, Pts or $, and the weekly entry fee.
Invite your players, one email at a time. This is the most important step.
Post news for your pool with Pool > Edit News.

FAQ

Does it cost anything?

No. Hosting a pool is free. Your pool administrator decides whether you play for points (Pts) or money ($). This site does not administer any payments or collections.

Which drivers can I pick?

Any seven Cup Series drivers in that week's lineup, except the black rows (starting in the top 10 and ranked in the top 5 in Cup points). At least three of your seven must be light red: starting 15th or further back and ranked 15th or further back in Cup points.

When do picks lock?

At the scheduled start of the race, Eastern time. After that, picks can no longer be changed.

How is the week scored?

After the race, the site administrator loads the official NASCAR finishing points from NASCAR.com. Your score is the total points of your seven drivers. The highest total wins the week (Winner of the Week), and the season standings add up every week's points.

How do I join a friend's pool?

Ask your pool admin to invite you. Open the email invitation from NascarPickEm (subject NascarPickEm.com - Invitation) and click the link. Your email and pool are shown: choose a username (12 characters max) and a password and click Join. No email confirmation needed. No invitation? Sign up, log in, choose Join A Pool and enter the pool name and invitation code from your pool admin. The code is case sensitive.

Who do I contact for help?

Your pool admin can change your settings and fix picks for races that have already locked.
